Nathan L. Rogge

| Mr. Rogge began his banking career at Wells Fargo as Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Officer, where he implemented successful sales and marketing strategies in the Sacramento and San Diego areas. He then moved to First National Bank of San Diego as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Group Manager. In 2002, he joined First Republic Bank in San Francisco as their Senior Vice President and Head of Business Banking. He has been involved in LEAD San Diego, Boy Scouts of America – Torrey Pines District, Banker’s Small Business CDC, ABC of San Diego, and RMA. |

| Ms. Berggren brings over 15 years of banking experience to First Business Bank. Her most recent position was Managing Director of Business Banking at First Republic Bank, where she originated commitments exceeding $200 million since 2001. She previously was with Bank of San Francisco, where she served as Senior Vice President of Credit Administration. |

| Mr. Roche has been part of the San Diego banking community for over a decade. He has held finance positions for Bank of Commerce, US Bank, First International Bank, Community National Bank, and 1st Pacific Bank. Prior to joining First Business Bank, he was Vice President and Controller for San Diego National Bank, where he was responsible for all accounting operations for the Bank. |
